Development typically includes conceptual design, sizing & configuration, optimization, development strategy, due-diligence, business-structure analysis & tax strategy, economic evaluation (pro forma modeling), siting, front-end engineering and design (FEED) and lump-sum turnkey EPCC bid-program development & administration, environmental impacts analysis, permitting & licensing, regulatory affairs, legal affairs, lobbying, governmental relations & compliance, legislative affairs, contracts and public relations.
